The TCYHA season for Mites, Squirts, PeeWees, Bantams and Midgets begins this Sunday, August 29. At this first practice, parents will be asked to complete and/or sign a: Document of Understanding, Waiver of Liability, USA Hockey Consent to Treat, medical history form and parent's code of conduct. These forms are available in the Documents section of tcyha.org as two PDF files: "2010-2011 Season Startup Forms" and "2010-2011 Document of Understanding." Hard copies will be available at the rink as well.
 
Don't forget to bring a copy of your player's USA Hockey registration.
 
As previously published, all practices will be held at the Gaetz Arena in Fitchburg at the following times:
 
Sunday, August 29
1pm - Mites
2pm - Squirts
3pm - PeeWees
4pm - Bantams
5pm - Midgets

Dates are now posted for the beginning of TCYHA's 2010-2011 ice hockey season. Please make sure your player has a jersey (or has ordered one) and has registered with USA Hockey before you come to the first practice on August 29. You may view your team roster and coaches contact information online by clicking "Team" at the top of the tcyha.org home page, selecting your division & team, clicking "Roster" on the menu bar on the left and then entering your e-mail and password. USA Hockey registration is now open for the 2010-2011 season. All TCYHA players, coaches and assistant coaches need to register. TCYHA does not complete registrations on behalf of players or coaches.

To register, please visit the USA Hockey website at: www.usahockey.com and click on the "Membership" tab. If you need assistance in completing the online registration, please view the Step-by-Step Guide to Online Registration. Further questions should be directed to Earl Dawson, TCYHA Mass / USA Hockey Rep at  .

Also due to liability issues, NO PLAYER OR COACH WILL BE ALLOWED ON THE ICE UNTIL A PRINTED COPY of their USA Registration is presented to a TCYHA Board member on the day of the first practice.

TCYHA has updated its Payment Policy for the 2010-2011 season. A hard copy has been mailed to your house but you may also view the policy online. Tuition amounts for our programs are as follows:
* Mites - $1,250
* Squirts - $1,325
* PeeWees - $1,325
* Bantam - $1,325

Midget registration will be open soon. Mini-Mites and LTS/HD won't open until the fall.

You may pay in one lump sum or in payments (refer to the schedule in the Payment Policy). We have added the ability to pay online via credit card or you may mail a check to TCYHA at P.O. Box 143, Leominster, MA 01453. To pay online, login to your account by going to TCYHA.org and clicking "Edit My Account" at the bottom of the left menu bar.
