Program Overview:

The program has been specifically designed for all players age 12 and under looking to further develop their hockey skills to prepare for possibly playing a full season travel hockey in the future or beginning to learn the skills needed to play the game.

This program is ideal for kids who may have dek/street hockey experience, and what to get into ice hockey.

With the support from our partners at Zach's Goal, the Hockey Development program will mix the USA Hockey ADM Model to develop player’s core hockey skills while allowing them to play cross ice or half ice games during the seasons. This model will focus on getting each player as many touches of the puck as possible each ice session while allow them to have fun and learn the game at the same time!

This program is the next step for graduates of the Learn to Skate program or for those children with some skating experience who want to begin to learn to play hockey. The program focuses on skating (stopping, turning, skating backwards) and hockey (stick handling, passing, shooting) skills, along with team interaction and game play.

** Due to Covid-19 protocols all players and parents will be required to wear a mask at all times in the building and on the ice**
